Dominguez focused on winning cup in 2008

The third serious injury of Matt Dominguez’s pro football career affected his stricken knee and his pocketbook.
But you won’t find him complaining.
“It would be stupid to think that the knee injury didn’t cost me some money, but I won a Grey Cup,” said the veteran receiver, who re-signed with the Saskatchewan Roughriders on Wednesday.
“If you’d have told me last May that we were going to win the Grey Cup but I couldn’t play, I’d be, ‘OK, where’s my popcorn?’ That’s all I care about — winning the Cup. Next year, I’m going to suit up and try to win the Cup again, and the year after that. As long as 88’s on my chest, I’m going to try to win a Cup, injuries or not.”
