The Edmonton Eskimos announced the signing of free-agent quarterback Tyler Donovan on Wednesday.

In his 2007 senior year, Donovan started all 13 games for the University of Wisconsin Badgers, including the Outback Bowl against Tennessee. He finished the year with 193 completions on 333 attempts for 2,607 passing yards and 17 touchdowns. Donovan appeared in 23 games over four seasons at Wisconsin.
