One-time Hamilton Tiger-Cat receiver Ken Kilrea has passed away. He was 67.
Kilrea played for the Cats from 1960 to 1964, enjoying a Grey Cup win in 1963.
“He was a guy who loved life and that meant he sometimes broke the rules,” said Ticat alumni Art Darch.
Kilrea, the brother of storied junior hockey coach Brian, had a few run-ins with head coach Ralph Sazio.
