Vancouver Province article about Jimenez decision

The court of public opinion swiftly convicted Jason Jimenez of the Lions not long after he ended the season of Calgary Stampeders defensive lineman Anthony Gargiulo with a block.
A different type of court ruled otherwise Thursday, leaving Jimenez to believe justice had prevailed.
A Calgary-based arbitrator declared that the hit by Jimenez on Gargiulo, which resulted in a serious leg injury during the second quarter of a CFL contest Nov. 3 at B.C. Place Stadium, was accidental and upheld the appeal of a one-game suspension.
